Who we are
DIR is an investment company committed to economic and business development from a responsible and strategic approach. We provide capital and support to high-potential companies, strengthening their financial structure, driving growth and supporting their consolidation in the market.
We do not intervene in day-to-day management, but we do contribute experience and judgement in strategic decisions, working closely with management teams to generate real, sustainable and lasting value.
We apply responsible investment criteria that balance economic returns with a positive impact on society and the business environment, prioritising diverse productive sectors and avoiding purely financial or real-estate activities.
